全港第一個以天文和星空保育為主題的STEM工作坊,邀請中學老師到可觀自然教育中心暨天文館,在專業天文導師的指導下,親身探索Science(天文學入門、觀星、賞月)、Technology(數據測量)、Engineering(3D打印)及Mathematics(數據分析、處理)!工作坊還包括參觀全港最大的專業天文望遠鏡之一,口徑半米的望遠鏡!
This is the first ever STEM workshop on astronomy and dark-sky preservation in Hong Kong. Organized by experienced astronomy instructors, the workshop is designed for secondary school teachers to explore first-hand the Science (Astronomy 101, stargazing, Moon observation), Technology (data collection by sensors), Engineering (3D printing) and Mathematics (data mining and analysis) related to astronomy. The program includes a visit to one of the biggest professional astronomical telescopes in Hong Kong, the 0.5-m diameter telescope at the Ho Koon Nature Education cum Astronomical Centre.

「中學STEM天文教育工作坊」由嗇色園主辦可觀自然教育中心暨天文館、香港大學物理系和電機電子工程系合辦,香港太空館協辦。
The “STEM Astronomy Workshop for Secondary School Teachers” is co-organized by the Ho Koon Nature Education cum Astronomical Centre (Sponsored by Sik Sik Yuen), the Department of Physics and the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of The University of Hong Kong, in association with the Hong Kong Space Museum.
